Job Description :
Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets, quality standards, and KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer interaction techniques
Monitor team performance through regular call monitoring, performance reviews, and data analysis, taking corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps and ensure goals are met
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Collaborate with operations, training, and quality teams to identify training needs, process improvements, and best practices to enhance team performance and efficiency
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance updates, and facilitate open communication and problem-solving
Act as a point of contact for escalations, customer inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
Prepare and present reports and analysis on team performance, trends, and key metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
