Arrange audio and video conference meetings/calls. ? Managing executive business itinerary for visiting Partners, includes arranging client meetings and logistics. ? Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, tickets, business visa etc. ? Promptly answer calls with courteous, professional and routing calls appropriately. ? Interact with internal and external clients, senior officials to coordinate conference calls, organise meetings, schedule appointments and manage calendar, update contacts database.\"
